Arm Everywhere
Arm
Repositioning Arm as the Power-Efficient AI Compute Leader.
The Change that Matters
Arm’s licensed designs and intellectual property (IP) are at the heart of an estimated three chips for every person on Earth. When the company announced its first-ever production silicon chip, entering the market it had long supplied raised an immediate and defining question: was Arm now competing with its own partners and customers? Without the right narrative, a landmark business move risked being read as a betrayal of the ecosystem that made Arm indispensable.
The Work
We counselled Arm on how to shape the narrative ahead of its global launch at a media event and keynote, branded ‘Arm Everywhere.’ The narrative framed Arm’s evolution from IP provider to AI compute platform and chipmaker as a natural ecosystem expansion, one that benefits every player in the value chain. Embargoed CEO pre-briefings with Bloomberg, the Financial Times and WIRED, alongside an NDA tech analyst roundtable, set the tone ahead of launch day. On stage, the optics were carefully choreographed: Arm’s CEO delivered the keynote endorsed by key partners including Amazon, Meta, Nvidia, and OpenAI, sending a clear and credible signal that Arm’s first chips would deliver the power-efficient AI compute that data centers urgently need, and that no single provider could solve alone.
The Impact
The launch generated 710 original articles in three days and 1,762 total pieces globally including syndications. Arm’s stock surged more than 16% on launch day, and the campaign reached an estimated 21 million people through analyst and influencer social reach. The ‘Arm Everywhere’ narrative landed exactly as intended: a company expanding its role in the AI era, with its ecosystem firmly alongside it.
