London, [11th June 2026] – Golin Ketchum London today announces the leadership structure of its London operation, positioning the agency as a powerhouse of creative ambition, innovation and category expertise.
The new agency structure is not simply a combination of what existed, but two award-winning agencies brought together to deliver a new level of sophistication in earned communications that rises up to meet the opportunity of the AI era.
At the core of this structure are two roles and functions that bring unmatched creative firepower and strategic depth.
Alex Wood, Chief Creative Officer, will lead an industry-defining creative team to continue to deliver bold, culture-shaping earned-first ideas that redefine the role of earned creative in the marketing mix – with a level of craft and effectiveness not expected from a PR agency. Building on a legacy as the first and only PR agency to win a Cannes Lions Grand Prix in the PR category and remaining PR Week’s most awarded agency for the second year running.
Kat Arnull, Chief Strategy Officer, will lead on strategy, AI infrastructure and business analytics with a strategic team equipped to deliver new levels of sophistication to earned thinking and channel strategy, AI innovation and measurement. Kat has been pivotal to the agency’s leading measurement frameworks and proprietary CORE impact modern media planning model that fuels brand influence.
Together, these functions are the engine behind what Golin Ketchum London believes earned can be: not a discipline, not a channel, but a creative force that delivers tangible business impact.
Underpinning this are Golin Ketchum London’s specialist sector depth and operational model, built to deliver deep expertise and with flexibility to create bespoke integrated teams for clients. The agency will operate across five interconnected practice areas: consumer, consumer health, pharma, corporate affairs and technology:
- The consumer brand team will be led by Practice Lead, Dulcie Keates-Miles, delivering consumer and brand communications that shape culture and tackle the most complex briefs.
- Consumer health will be led by Head of Consumer Health, Natasha Weeks, who will continue to further strengthen the agency’s unique, multi-award-winning blend of earned consumer creativity and deep healthcare specialism.
- Corporate affairs will be led by Noor Kheir as Head of Corporate Affairs UK, joined by Victoria Brophy in a newly-created role, EVP, Growth and Innovation Corporate Affairs. A modern corporate affairs offer that couples senior corporate advisory with AI solutions to build and protect reputation in an increasingly complex world.
- The Technology practice will continue under Tracey Bowditch, a highly specialised team with deep expertise in innovation and B2B storytelling across and beyond the technology sector.
- Bibi Hilton will lead on UK client-centred innovation in her role as UK Chief Client Officer, a critical role in driving client satisfaction and profitable business growth within UK.
- The agency’s industry-leading 80+ healthcare communications and medical education business will continue to deliver scientific rigour and outstanding client partnership under Sarah Gordon, Managing Director of Health for Golin Ketchum and Virgo Health.
Ondine Whittington, President of Golin Ketchum London, said: “If ever there was a time to launch a new agency at this scale, it’s now. Our world has, and continues to be, disrupted at a pace of change that requires our industry to totally rethink how they meet the needs of their clients now, and how they expand their client base for the future. The AI era is the earned era. We need to ensure PR has a top seat at the marketing table by demonstrating we are able to navigate complexity, harness AI and deliver creatively effective work with measurable business impact. This isn’t simply a merger. It’s a new industry offering, built for the future and more powerful than either agency alone. I couldn’t be more confident in the leadership team we have to deliver it.”
Grainne Beeney, Group Finance Director, Laura Weston Group Head of Growth & Brand, Janita Lakhanpal, Director, Impact & Inclusion will lead operations across all three agencies.
“Resilience to change and ability to spot opportunities in the moment, flex fast to meet them and build for the future is what will ultimately differentiate the winners from the losers. Over the past six months both agencies have excelled through uncertainty and change, remaining laser focused on our clients as the priority and delivering industry-leading campaigns that define earned communications for the future. All while achieving outstanding new business wins, Agency of the Year awards and a Best Places to Work accolade. If this is what Golin Ketchum London’s leadership team can achieve in a period of disruption, I know we have all the right ingredients for the future,” said Ondine Whittington, President of Golin Ketchum London.
